Apropos of me recently commenting with grave concern on the demographic disaster descending on Europe in the form of Muslim migration and how disconcerting it is that few outside of the loony fascist fringe seem to share my concern or feel even the need to wonder if there may be a reason for concern, an intellectual [granted, of a conservative bent] named Christopher Caldwell has just published an apparently perspicacious though I take it somewhat downcast book on the subject. I've scanned a sample of first chapter and his thinking definitely seems in keeping with mine. Maybe I'll buy a copy, sit in a Starbucks with cover conspicuously showing, and count how many flaming liberals cast a furtive glance my way wondering if possibly I'm a bad person.
